10 STEPS for an Easy, Effortless Experience with Sierra Manufacturing Solutions
- Submit a Request for Quote (RFQ) to begin the process. You can send email directly to quotes@sierramfgsolutions.com or use the Online Submittal Form in the left navigation. If bypassing the online form please be sure to include all your contact information and any notes pertaining to your drawings (Qty's to quote etc.).
- See our list of file types that Sierra can work with.
- Sierra will reply to acknowledge receipt of your RFQ whether you used the online form or have submitted directly to quotes@sierramfgsolutions.com (please allow up to 24 hours for Sierra to reply.
- Sierra will review the submitted items and make sure that the scope of the project is within Sierra's capabilities. If Sierra can provide a quote you will be notified to expect a price quote from Sierra (most quotes will be done by Sierra within 48 business hours).
- If the project isn't within Sierra's capabilities we will notify you and refer to another company if possible.
- Once you received your price quote from Sierra, please review and reply with any specific questions. Typically, Sierra will provide additional pricing Qty's for comparison.
- There are several ways to submit a new order to Sierra. Please email, fax or mail a Purchase Order referencing Sierra's Quote #.
- First time customers are subject to COD unless a credit application has been submitted and approved by Sierra to establish Net terms.
- Sierra also accepts Visa / MC / Amex.
- First time customers may also be subject to 50% advance payment and 50% final payment upon delivery of finished goods. This is typical of projects that have costly materials our outside processes not done by Sierra in house.
- After you've placed your order, Sierra will go to work for you! If Sierra has questions during production we will contact you for clarification.
